For sites that look older than the business
A new design for your site, built from the content that already works
Your services haven't changed much, but the site looks dated and is awkward on a phone. A redesign keeps your existing pages, copy and photos, tidies the structure and puts a current, mobile-first design on top. You avoid paying to rewrite content that still does its job, and visitors see a site that matches the business you run today.
What you get
What’s included
Content audit
We go through every page, keep what works, merge duplicates and flag anything stale, like last year's prices or a coach who has left.
Clearer structure
Navigation and page order reworked so the intro offer, schedule or Book button is easy to find.
New visual design
A fresh design applied across your existing pages, using your current brand or a new one you supply.
Mobile-first rebuild
Layouts rebuilt for phone screens, with images resized and compressed as we go.
Integrations re-tested
Booking, forms, payments and email reconnected and tested in the new design.
Redirects
Any URL that changes is redirected to its new home, so existing links and search results keep working.
A good fit if
- Studios and clinics whose site was built years ago and looks it
- Owners whose content is still accurate but whose site is clumsy on mobile
- Brands that have rebranded and need the website to match
- Businesses that want a fresh site without paying for a full rebuild
Not included
- Rewriting your content from scratch. We make light edits for length and clarity, and new copy is quoted separately
- Moving to a different platform or host, which runs as a site migration
- A new logo or brand identity (see Branding & Design)
- Hosting, theme and plugin fees, billed at cost
How it runs
From kickoff to handover
- Step 1
Teardown and content audit
We review the current site as a first-time visitor would and list what stays, what merges and what goes.
- Step 2
Structure and design direction
You approve the new navigation and a design for the home page and one inner page.
- Step 3
Rebuild the pages
We apply the design across the site, moving your existing content into the new layouts.
- Step 4
Test, redirect and relaunch
Forms, booking and payments are tested, changed URLs are redirected, and the new design goes live.
Questions
Questions about Website redesign
Do I need a redesign or a whole new website?
If your services, prices and pages are broadly right and the problem is how the site looks and behaves, a redesign is enough. If you're changing what you sell, adding a store or member area, or the content itself is wrong, a new business website is the better starting point. For a free teardown that settles which, send us your URL.
My site is just slow. Is a redesign overkill?
Probably. Try speed optimisation first, since it often fixes load times without touching the design. A redesign makes sense when the site is slow and also looks dated or hard to use.
Can you redesign a site someone else built?
Yes, most redesigns are. We need admin access to the platform and hosting. If the original build has deeper problems, like an abandoned theme or plugins that no longer get updates, we'll tell you before we quote.
Will a redesign hurt our search rankings?
We keep your URLs where we can, redirect the ones that change and carry over page titles and descriptions. Because your content stays largely the same, a redesign carries less ranking risk than a full rewrite. Expect some movement for a few weeks after any big change.
We've just rebranded. Can you apply the new look?
Yes. Send the new logo, colours, fonts and any guidelines and we apply them across the site. If the rebrand isn't finished, our branding team can complete it first so the site isn't designed around a moving target.
