For supplement and DTC wellness brands
A Shopify store built for products people reorder
Supplements, protein, skincare and other consumables make their money on the second and third order. We build Shopify stores where subscribe-and-save is the default path, product pages explain what's in the bottle without promising more than your label does, and checkout works on the phone your customer is holding. Most brands start on a well-configured theme, and a fully custom theme is available when you need one.
What you get
What’s included
Store setup and theme
A Shopify theme configured to your brand, with home, collection, product, cart and about pages laid out for consumables.
Product pages
Your SKUs loaded with images, ingredients, serving information and FAQs, presented so the page matches what your label says.
Subscriptions
Subscribe-and-save set as the default, a cadence selector that fits the dose, and a customer portal where people can skip, pause or swap without emailing you.
Checkout and payments
Gateway, shipping and taxes set up, with the payment provider kept swappable, since supplement brands sometimes have to change processors at short notice.
Apps and email connection
Reviews, subscription and email apps installed and connected, with customers syncing to your email platform.
Launch testing
Test orders, subscription renewals, failed-payment handling and order emails checked on mobile before the store opens.

You approve the home and product page designs before we build out the rest.
- Step 3
Build and load products
We configure the store, load products, install apps and connect payments, shipping and email.
- Step 4
Test orders and launch
We place test orders and renewals, check the customer portal and order emails, then open the store and hand over.
Questions
Questions about Shopify store
Amazon already works for us. Why build a Shopify store?
Amazon owns the customer, the email address, the reviews and the reorder relationship. Your own store is where you can run subscriptions, build a list and see who is churning. Many brands run both: Amazon for reach, the store for margin and repeat customers. It's cheaper to build the store while Amazon is going well than after a listing problem.
When do we need the custom theme?
Most launches and relaunches work well on a configured theme. A custom theme makes sense when your product pages need layouts the theme can't do, you sell complex bundles or build-a-box offers, or your brand needs a look a template can't give you.
Which subscription app do you use?
We pick based on your products, pricing and whether you need prepaid plans or bundles. If you already have a subscription app with active subscribers, we keep it and build around it, because moving live subscriptions between apps is its own project.
Will you write our product claims?
We build product pages around the substantiated claims you already have and lay them out so your regulatory reviewer has something clean to check. We don't approve claim language or confirm compliance. That decision stays with your regulatory counsel or consultant.
Can you move our existing store to Shopify?
Yes. Products, customers and order history can usually move from WooCommerce or another platform, with redirects from the old URLs. We scope the move before quoting, and larger moves run under the site migration package.
