For sites with traffic and too few sales
Find where visitors give up before they book or buy
Traffic is arriving and the ads are running, but the bookings or orders don't match. A CRO audit walks your site the way a skeptical first-time visitor does, from the ad or search result through to the confirmation page, and checks what they experience against your analytics. You get a prioritised list of where people drop off, why, and what to change first.
What you get
What’s included
Funnel walkthrough
Each step from entry page to confirmation tested on mobile and desktop as a new visitor would meet it.
Analytics review
Your analytics checked to find which pages and steps lose the most people, and whether the tracking can be trusted.
Offer and message check
Headline, pricing, proof and calls to action reviewed for clarity, and for whether the page matches the ad that sent the visitor.
Form and checkout friction
Field counts, error messages, slow steps, surprise costs and missing payment options that make people abandon.
Trust signals
Reviews, credentials, refund terms and claim language checked, because wellness buyers look hard for reasons to doubt.
Prioritised fix list
Changes ranked by likely impact and effort, with the ones worth A/B testing marked.

Questions
Questions about CRO audit
How much traffic do we need for this to be useful?
Enough that the drop-off points show up in your data. If only a handful of people visit each week, the problem is usually traffic, and the SEO audit or marketing audit is a better first step. The walkthrough still catches obvious problems on quiet sites, but the data review has less to go on.
How is this different from the SEO audit?
The SEO audit asks why the right people aren't arriving. The CRO audit asks why the people who do arrive aren't booking or buying. If visits are low, start with SEO. If visits are fine and sales are low, start here.
Will you look at our Shopify checkout and subscriptions?
Yes. We review the cart, checkout steps, shipping and payment options, and how subscribe-and-save is presented on product pages, within what Shopify lets you change.
Do we have to hire you to make the changes?
No. The list is written so your team or developer can work from it. If you'd like us to do it, we quote the changes, or the care plus retainer covers ongoing conversion work.
Our tracking might be broken. Is that a problem?
It's common, and the analytics review checks for it. If conversions aren't being recorded properly, fixing that comes near the top of the list, since every later decision depends on it.
