AI & Automation
Your business runs on the same forty conversations
“What are your hours?” “Can I move my session?” “Where’s my order?” “What’s the price?” Wellness businesses live on repetitive conversations — and answering them by hand is where your evenings go. We build AI agents and automations that give those hours back without making your business feel robotic: the AI handles the repetitive 80%, your people handle the sensitive 20%.

How we’re different about this
Two rules we don’t bend on
Every agent ships with its upkeep
Unmaintained bots rot. Your schedule changes, your offers change, the AI models underneath drift — and a bot that confidently quotes last month’s prices does more damage than no bot at all. That’s why the monthly retainer isn’t an upsell we mention later; it’s part of the offer. We won’t sell you an agent without the discipline of keeping it accurate.
Human handoff is designed in, not bolted on
Wellness is a trust business. The repetitive 80% of conversations — hours, prices, bookings, order status — is where automation earns its keep. The sensitive 20% — complaints, health questions, someone having a hard week — gets routed to a person, with full context, every time. We define those handoff rules with you before anything goes live.
What to expect
The first week after go-live, honestly
Nobody flips a switch and walks away. Here’s the realistic shape of week one — including the part where it gets something wrong.
It answers its first real customer
You get a notification, read the conversation log, and see it quoted your actual Tuesday schedule — not a generic reply. Most owners reread that first log twice.
You catch it being slightly wrong
Maybe it doesn't know the holiday closure or the new intro offer. You flag it, we fix it same day. This is normal and expected — it's why go-live week has daily review built in.
The first handoff happens
Someone asks something sensitive or unusual. The agent says a human will follow up, you get the full context, and you reply personally. Nothing was guessed at.
You stop checking every message
The logs look the same: accurate answers, bookings made, questions closed. You check daily out of habit, then every few days, then when the weekly summary arrives.
The line we draw
What we won’t automate
An automation company telling you what not to automate might seem odd. But the fastest way to lose a client’s trust is a bot handling a moment that needed a person. These three categories always route to humans.
Health advice
No agent we ship gives medical, nutritional or clinical guidance. Questions in that territory get a careful non-answer and a route to you or a qualified professional.
Sensitive conversations
Complaints, refund disputes, injuries, cancellations with a story behind them — the agent recognizes the shape of these and hands them off rather than smoothing them over.
Crisis messages
For coaches and wellness businesses especially: anything that reads like distress bypasses automation entirely and alerts a human immediately. This rule is not configurable off.
Questions owners ask
Before you automate anything
Will it sound like a robot?
No — and if it ever does, that's a defect we fix. Every agent is trained on your actual schedules, prices, policies and tone before it goes live, and we review real conversations during the first weeks to tighten the voice. The goal is that messages read like your best front-desk person on a good day: warm, brief, accurate.
What happens when it doesn't know the answer?
It says so and hands the conversation to a human — it never invents an answer. Handoff rules are configured during setup: which topics always go to you, who gets notified, and what the customer is told while they wait. You can read the full conversation log, so nothing happens in a black box.
Why is there a monthly fee on the AI agents?
Because an unmaintained bot rots. Your class schedule changes, your offers change, your prices change, and the underlying AI models themselves drift over time. The monthly retainer covers keeping the agent accurate, reviewing conversation quality, and updating it as your business changes. We don't sell agents without it — a confidently wrong bot is worse than no bot.
Which channels does it work on?
Depends on the agent. The receptionist works over SMS and WhatsApp, triggered by missed calls or inbound messages. The coach assistant lives where your clients already message you. The e-commerce chatbot sits on your store. Voice AI answers the phone itself. We start with the channel where you're losing the most conversations.
How long does setup take?
Small automations ship in days. The AI receptionist takes about 14 days from intake to live. The coach assistant takes about 21 days because it's trained on your programs and policies. Every engagement has a fixed price and a fixed deadline before we start.
We're tiny — is this only for big operations?
The economics work best for small teams, not big ones. A single workflow automation starts at $99, WhatsApp automation at $699, and the full receptionist at $1,499. If the owner is personally answering the same twenty questions a week, that's exactly the situation this is built for.
