A 5 to 7 page website that gets people booked without a phone call

This is the main website for a wellness business that people search for by name: home, services or classes, pricing, about, contact and the pages your buyers ask about most. We build it on WordPress, Webflow or Framer, depending on who will look after it, and connect your booking, forms, payments and email before it goes live. A visitor on a phone should be able to see what you offer, what it costs and how to start.

What’s included

Sitemap and page list

5 to 7 pages mapped around what your buyers look for, typically home, services or classes, pricing, about, FAQs and contact.

Design for your brand

A custom design using your logo, colours and photos, laid out so the main call to action is visible on every page.

Built on WordPress, Webflow or Framer

We recommend the platform that suits whoever will edit the site, then build it there.

Booking, forms and payments connected

Your booking tool, contact forms and payment links wired in and tested, so every Book button opens a working calendar.

Email platform hookup

Sign-up forms feed your email tool, so new leads land on your list without copying and pasting.

Mobile and speed pass

Built for phones first, with images compressed and caching set up so pages load quickly.

Search basics

Page titles, descriptions, headings and clean URLs set on every page, plus redirects from your old site's addresses.

Handover

Admin access in your name and a walkthrough of how to update pages, prices and photos yourself.

A good fit if

  • Gyms, studios and med spas whose current site hides the schedule or the intro offer
  • Coaches and practitioners who have outgrown a single page and a link-in-bio
  • New wellness businesses opening their doors and needing a proper site from the start
  • Owners who want to update their own site without waiting on a developer

Not included

  • More than 7 pages, an online store or member logins (see the Shopify store and membership site packages)
  • Writing every page from scratch, which we quote separately if you need it
  • Hosting, domain, premium themes and plugins, billed to you directly at cost
  • Updates and changes after launch, which the website care retainer covers

From kickoff to handover

  1. Step 1

    Discovery and sitemap

We learn what you sell, who buys it and what they ask before booking, then agree the page list and platform.

  2. Step 2

    Design approval

You review the home page and one inner page first, so the direction is settled before the rest is built.

  3. Step 3

    Build and connect

We build the remaining pages and connect booking, forms, payments and email.

  4. Step 4

    Test and launch

Every form, booking and payment is tested on phone and desktop, old URLs are redirected, and the site goes live.

Questions about Business website

WordPress, Webflow or Framer: which should we choose?

It depends on who edits the site after launch. WordPress has the widest choice of plugins and suits sites with a blog or lots of integrations. Webflow gives fine design control with less plugin upkeep. Framer is quick to edit and suits smaller, design-led sites. We recommend one on the first call and explain why.

We already use Mindbody, Glofox or Trainerize. Will the site work with it?

Yes. We keep the software you run your business on and connect the website to it, usually by embedding its schedule or booking widget and pointing every Book button at it. We'd only suggest switching booking software if the current one is the problem.

What do we need to send you?

Your logo, brand colours if you have them, photos, your services and prices, and whatever copy exists. Rough notes are fine. If you have no usable photos, tell us early so we can plan around stock images or a shoot you arrange.

Will we lose our Google ranking when the new site replaces the old one?

We map your old page addresses to the new ones and set up redirects before launch, so existing links and search results still lead somewhere. If you're also changing host or platform on a site with a lot of search traffic, the site migration package covers that move in more depth.

Who owns the site when it's done?

You do. The domain, hosting and platform accounts sit in your name, and you get full admin access at handover. If you leave us later, the site goes with you.
