By using zeepalm.com you accept these terms. Paid work is governed by a separate written engagement agreement — a proposal, statement of work or master services agreement — signed by both parties. Where that agreement and this page disagree, that agreement wins.

Prices published on this site, including on our pricing page, are starting prices for a defined scope. They are an invitation to discuss, not a binding offer. A binding price appears in a written proposal for your specific project.

We keep published prices current and will honour a published price for a scope that matches it. We may change them at any time; a change does not affect a proposal already issued to you.

Content on this site — blog posts, guides, tools, calculators and estimates — is provided for general information. It is not legal, medical, regulatory or financial advice, and no reliance on it creates a professional relationship.

This matters more than usual in our field. Nothing on this site tells you whether your product is a regulated medical device, whether you are a HIPAA covered entity, or whether a health claim is lawful. We flag those questions during planning and tell you when you need a specialist. See Trust & Security for the boundaries we hold to.

Tools and calculators offered on this site are provided as-is, without warranty, and their output is an estimate. Do not use them as the sole basis for a budget, a filing or a clinical decision.

The site, its content, design and code are owned by Zee Palm LLC or its licensors. You may read, quote and link to it with attribution. You may not republish it wholesale, or use it to train a model that reproduces it, without written permission. Client names and marks shown in our work belong to their owners and are used to identify projects we delivered.

• Do not attempt to breach, probe or disrupt the site or its infrastructure.
• Do not scrape it at a rate that degrades it for other people.
• Do not submit anyone else’s personal data, or any protected health information, through the forms.
• Do not use the contact form or chat for unsolicited sales.

We link to other sites and services where they are useful. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Zee Palm LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, and our aggregate liability relating to the website is limited to USD 100. This clause is about the website. Liability for paid work is set by your engagement agreement, and this page does not reduce it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Zee Palm LLC is registered, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to them.
