For supplement & DTC wellness brands
Your formula is better than your listing says it is
Somewhere on page one of your category sits a mediocre product with beautiful packaging, benefit infographics and a subscribe button — outselling brands with better formulas and worse presentation. We close that gap: labels and renders that earn the click, listings that convert it, and retention systems that turn the first order into the tenth.
The three-second verdict
The same capsule, read two ways
A shopper scrolling your category never meets your product. They meet your listing — and they read it faster than you can say “third-party tested”.
One bottle on a white background
What the shopper hears: “We took the photo the manufacturer sent us.”
A wall of bullet points about ingredients
What the shopper hears: “Figure out yourself why this matters to you.”
No A+ content below the fold
What the shopper hears: “We stopped investing after the product went live.”
Fourteen reviews, no story, no comparison
What the shopper hears: “Buying this is a small act of faith.”
A 3D render sharper than any photoshoot
What the shopper hears: “This brand sweats the details — probably in the formula too.”
Benefit infographics, one idea per image
What the shopper hears: “I understood why I want this before I finished scrolling.”
A+ content: your story, your process, your proof
What the shopper hears: “There are real people behind this who stand by it.”
Substantiated claims, presented with confidence
What the shopper hears: “Nothing here smells like snake oil. I can justify this purchase.”
Listing Overhaul rebuilds the image stack, A+ content and copy for two products in 10 days for $999 — using the substantiated claims you already have, made to look like they deserve.

Where good supplement brands quietly lose money
Packaging stuck in 2015
Your label was designed when you launched — and it shows. Every ad, listing and unboxing photo inherits that first impression.
Amazon is your only home
No store of your own means no email list, no subscriptions, no customer relationship — and one policy change between you and zero revenue.
No popup, no flows, no follow-up
Visitors leave without a trace and buyers never hear from you again. You're paying full acquisition cost for every single order.
Consumables without subscriptions
You sell something people finish every 30 days and give them no way to reorder automatically. That's a subscription business running as a lemonade stand.
From one-time buyer to subscriber
The loop that makes month four cheaper than month one
Acquisition gets more expensive every quarter. Retention is the only channel where your costs go down as your revenue goes up — if the loop actually exists.
First order arrives
A branded unboxing and a post-purchase email that teaches them how to actually use the product — dose, timing, what to expect by week two.
Education, not noise
The flow answers the questions that cause silent churn: “is this working?”, “when do I reorder?” — before the customer asks them.
The reorder moment
A reminder lands as their supply runs low, with one-tap reorder and a subscribe-and-save option priced to make loyalty obvious.
Subscriber, not stranger
Reviews requested at the right moment, loyalty points accruing, winback ready if they lapse. Revenue stops depending on this month's ads.
Our rule on claims
We make your proof persuasive. We never invent it.
Supplements are a trust business, and the fastest way to destroy trust is a claim you can’t back. Everything we design and write works from the substantiated claims, testing and evidence you already have — we make them impossible to miss, not impossible to defend.
If your current copy leans on vague promises or risky wording, our $99 trust & claims messaging review will tell you before a marketplace, a regulator or a skeptical customer does. Honest brands convert better anyway — skepticism is your category’s default setting.

After the foundation converts
Where brands take it from here
Questions founders ask
Before you reach out
Our product is genuinely good. Why do the visuals matter so much?
Because on a listing page, the visuals are the product. A shopper can't taste your formula or read your certificates of analysis from a thumbnail — they judge quality from labels, renders and infographics in about three seconds. Weak visuals make a good product look like a gamble; strong ones make it look like the safe choice.
Will you write health claims for our products?
No — and you should be suspicious of anyone who offers to. We work strictly with the substantiated claims and evidence you already have, and we make those look and read as convincing as they deserve. Compliance review of the claims themselves stays with you and your regulatory advisors.
We only sell on Amazon. Do we really need our own store?
Amazon is a great sales channel and a terrible business foundation: you don't own the customer, the reviews, or the relationship, and a policy change can zero your revenue overnight. Store Launch gives you a second channel you fully control — with subscriptions and email flows that Amazon will never let you build.
We already use Klaviyo. What would Retention Engine change?
Having Klaviyo installed and having Klaviyo working are different things. Most stores we look at have a welcome email and nothing else — no browse or cart recovery, no post-purchase education, no winback, no SMS. Retention Engine rebuilds the full flow set around your actual products and reorder cycles.
What does this lead to longer term?
Most brands move to an email and retention retainer, ads management, or SEO once the foundation converts. Further along, we build churn prediction, personalization and operational dashboards for brands with real order volume — but only when the data justifies it.
