Every build here goes through a planning engagement first: the MVP Planning Sprint, the Healthtech Blueprint, or AI/ML Discovery. Those cost $1,500–$1,999, take under two weeks, are credited toward the build, and produce a quote based on a written scope. It adds about a week before the build starts.
My previous agency disappeared and the app is breaking. Where do I start?
App/Product Rescue: $2,500, ten days. We do a full technical assessment of what you have (codebase, infrastructure, accounts, what's salvageable) and hand you a fix plan with a quote. Then you decide whether we stabilize and maintain it, another team does, or you rebuild. The assessment is yours either way.
What does $12,000–$25,000 buy in an MVP?
A bounded version one that proves what your next milestone depends on: a mobile app or web platform with the scoped core journeys built, tested and shipped. Integrations, AI features and the number of platforms push the price up the range. The planning sprint comes first, so by the time you get the number, the scope behind it is written down.
Can you build a mental-health or healthcare product without the compliance headaches?
We build around them. Prototypes run on synthetic, non-sensitive data, which is enough to test usability, align stakeholders and raise funding without touching regulated territory. When the roadmap reaches sensitive data, clinical workflows or crisis features, those become specialist-gated workstreams with their own owners. We architect the boundary; we don't certify clinical safety or regulatory compliance, and we put that in writing.
Who maintains the app after launch?
We do, if you want. Maintenance retainers start at $1,000/mo and cover monitoring, fixes, dependency updates and releases, so the team that built the app stays accountable for it after launch.
