Privacy Policy

Zee Palm LLC (“Zee Palm”, “we”) operates this website and is the controller of the personal data described below. You can reach us at contact@zeepalm.com about anything on this page.

We collect three kinds of information, and no more than we need for each:

• What you send us. When you submit the contact form or use the on-site chat, we receive what you type: your name, email address, and the details of the project you describe.
• How the site is used. Aggregate, cookie-free analytics — pages viewed, referring source, country, device type. This is not tied to a name and we do not attempt to identify individuals from it.
• Advertising measurement. If you arrive from one of our ads, the Meta Pixel records that the visit and any subsequent enquiry happened, so we can tell which campaigns work.

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, protected health information or other sensitive personal data through this website. Client engagements involving PHI are governed by a separate agreement — see Trust & Security.

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal — this is the whole point of the contact form.
• To route enquiries internally to the right person and keep a record of the conversation.
• To understand which pages and channels bring us relevant enquiries, in aggregate.
• To meet our legal, tax and contractual obligations.

We use the following processors. Each receives only what its function requires, and none of them sells your data.

• Plausible Analytics — privacy-focused, cookie-free website analytics. No personal identifiers, no cross-site tracking.
• Meta (Facebook) Pixel — advertising measurement. You can opt out via your browser or Meta’s own ad settings; the site works identically either way.
• DeepSeek — an AI service that reads contact-form submissions and chat messages to summarise them and route them internally. The content of what you write is sent to this provider for processing.
• Slack — internal notification of new enquiries.
• Our CRM — storing enquiries and the resulting client relationship.
• Sanity and Vercel — content management and hosting for this website.

Our analytics do not use cookies. The Meta Pixel does set cookies for advertising measurement. Your browser’s settings control these, and blocking them does not affect any functionality on this site.

Enquiries that do not become engagements are retained for up to 24 months, so we recognise you if you come back, then deleted. Records relating to actual engagements are kept for as long as the contract and our tax and legal obligations require. Aggregate analytics carry no personal data and are retained indefinitely.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete the personal data we hold about you, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw consent. Residents of the EU/UK (GDPR) and California (CCPA/CPRA) have these rights explicitly.

Email contact@zeepalm.com and we will action it within 30 days. We will not make you jump through hoops, and we do not charge for it.

We operate remotely and work with clients and processors in several countries, so your data may be processed outside the country you live in. Where required, transfers rely on standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard.

This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data; if you believe we have, tell us and we will delete it.

We will update this page when our practices change and move the date at the top. Material changes affecting existing clients are communicated directly rather than left here to be discovered.
