Priced per process
Pick one task you do by hand every week and we'll make it run itself
Copying form answers into a spreadsheet, sending the same welcome email to every new client, chasing unpaid invoices, moving website leads into your CRM: each takes a few minutes, many times a week. We automate one process at a time at a fixed price, so you can start with the most annoying one and see it working before you add the next.
What you get
What’s included
Process walkthrough
A short call where you show us the task as you do it today, including the exceptions and the odd cases.
The build
The workflow built end to end in an automation tool such as n8n, connected to the apps you already use.
AI steps only where they help
When a step needs reading or sorting text, like tagging an enquiry by topic or summarizing a form, we add an AI step with clear rules. Everything else stays as plain rules.
Failure alerts
If a run fails, you get a notification, so a missed step doesn't go unnoticed for weeks.
Testing on real cases
We run it against real past examples, awkward ones included, before switching it on.
Handover note
A plain-language note on what the workflow does, where it runs and how to pause it.
A good fit if
- Owners who can name the task they dread every Monday
- Small teams copying data between a booking tool, a spreadsheet and an inbox
- Coaches whose new-client onboarding is a checklist they run by hand
- Brands where someone moves order or stock data between tools every day
Not included
- Paid plans for the apps the workflow connects to.
- Replacing the software you use. We connect what you already have.
- Processes that need a custom app or database, which we quote as custom software.
- Automating decisions that need a person, such as refunds or anything about a client's health.
How it runs
From kickoff to handover
- Step 1
Name the process
You pick the task. We confirm it counts as one process and whether it is the simple or multi-step price.
- Step 2
Map it
We agree what starts it, what each step does, what happens when something is missing, and what done looks like.
- Step 3
Build and test
We build the workflow and run it on real past cases until the results match what you would have done by hand.
- Step 4
Switch on and hand over
It goes live, you get the handover note, and we watch the first live runs with you.
Questions
Questions about Workflow automation
What counts as one process?
One job with a clear start and finish. For example: when someone fills in the intake form, add them to the client sheet, send the welcome email and notify the coach. Simple workflows are $99. Workflows with several branches or apps start at $399.
How long does it take?
Small automations ship in days. Multi-step workflows across several apps take longer, and you get a fixed date before work begins.
Which apps can you connect?
Most tools with an API or built-in integrations: forms, spreadsheets, email, calendars, CRMs, payment and booking tools. Some booking platforms limit what outside tools can read or change, so we check yours on the first call.
Is this AI?
Sometimes. Many workflows are plain rules: when this happens, do that. We add AI only for steps that involve reading or sorting text. Plain rules are cheaper to run and easier to trust, so we use them wherever they do the job.
What happens if it stops working?
You get an alert when a run fails, and the handover note shows how to pause the workflow and where to look. The most common cause is a connection between two apps expiring or one app changing its settings.
Can we automate several processes?
Yes. Each process is priced on its own, so you can start with one, check it works, then add more. If you have a long list, we help you order it by how much time each task costs you.
