For creators, coaches and brands that publish every week
Turn the videos and notes you already make into drafts ready to publish
Most creators and brands have more raw material than finished posts: a long video, a coaching call, a podcast episode, a product brief. We build a repeatable system that takes that material in, produces drafts in the formats you publish and in your voice, and puts them in front of a person for review before anything goes out.
What you get
What’s included
Inputs agreed with you
We decide together what goes in, such as transcripts, video links, notes or product sheets, and where you drop it each week.
A voice guide for the AI
Built from your best existing posts so drafts read like you. You approve it before we build the rest.
Drafts in your formats
Outputs shaped for where you publish, for example captions, short video scripts, newsletters or blog outlines.
Topic and claim guardrails
Rules on what drafts must never say: medical advice, promised results, or health claims beyond the substantiated ones you provide.
A review step
Every draft lands where a person approves or edits it, such as a shared document or your content calendar. Nothing publishes by itself.
Weekly runbook
Written steps for running the pipeline each week and adjusting the prompts as your content changes.
A good fit if
- Wellness creators who record long videos or podcasts and rarely cut them into posts
- Coaches who explain things well on calls but never write them up
- Supplement and wellness brands that need regular content kept inside their approved claims
- Small teams where one person handles all the content
Not included
- Filming, editing or producing video.
- Posting to your accounts or managing your social channels.
- Legal or regulatory sign-off on claims, which stays with you and your advisors.
- Paid ad creative, which sits with our marketing services.
How it runs
From kickoff to handover
- Step 1
Pick inputs and outputs
We agree what raw material you'll feed in and which formats you want back.
- Step 2
Build the voice guide
We study your best posts and write the guide and guardrails the pipeline follows. You sign them off.
- Step 3
Run a test batch
We run the pipeline on your recent material, and you mark up the drafts: what works, what sounds off.
- Step 4
Tune and hand over
We adjust based on your notes, run it again, and hand over the pipeline with the runbook.
Questions
Questions about AI content pipeline
Will the drafts sound like AI wrote them?
They start from your own recordings and a voice guide built from your best posts, so they carry your ideas and phrasing. They are still drafts. The review step is where you add the line only you would write.
What raw material works best?
Anything where you're already explaining something: a coaching call, a workshop, a long video, a podcast, a product brief. The pipeline reshapes ideas you've already explained, so the quality of what goes in sets the quality of what comes out.
We sell supplements. How do you keep drafts claim-safe?
You give us the claims you've substantiated and the words you can't use, and we write them into the pipeline's rules. Drafts still go through your review, and compliance sign-off stays with you and your regulatory advisors.
Does it post for us?
No. It produces drafts for review. You publish them yourself or pass them to whoever runs your social accounts.
What does it cost to run?
Running the pipeline uses paid AI services billed by usage, separate from the build. We show you what the test batch cost so you can estimate a normal month.
How is this different from a custom GPT?
A custom GPT waits for someone to ask it a question. The content pipeline runs a fixed process on new material each week and produces drafts in set formats. If your problem is recordings that never become posts, the pipeline is the right fit.
