Questions about Custom GPT / brand assistant
How is this different from the AI coach assistant?
The coach assistant is a full agent that works inside your client messaging, runs check-ins and onboarding, and is maintained monthly. A custom GPT is an assistant people visit and ask questions. It's a one-off build at a fixed price, which suits coaches and creators who want something useful now.
Where does it live?
Usually as a custom GPT inside ChatGPT, which you can share with a link or keep private to your team. If you need it on your own website or app instead, that's a larger build and we'd quote it separately.
Do my clients need a ChatGPT account?
To use a custom GPT inside ChatGPT, yes. OpenAI sets the plan rules for who can use GPTs and has changed them over time, so we check the current rules with you before building.
Will it make things up?
Any AI model can be wrong. We reduce the risk with clean, consistent source files and clear instructions to say when it doesn't know. Testing with your clients' questions shows where it slips before anyone else uses it.
Is my content kept private?
You decide who can access the GPT. Anyone with access can ask about the material in its files, so we leave out anything you wouldn't want a user to read, such as pricing notes or client details.
