More Google reviews without relying on your team to remember to ask

Studios with few reviews usually have happy clients and no routine for asking them. We set up a review request that goes out at the right moment, takes a client about a minute to complete, and fits how your front desk already works. Prospects comparing you with the studio down the road will see a steady run of recent reviews.

What’s included

The right moment to ask

We choose when the request goes out, such as after a first class, the end of a course or a finished treatment.

Direct review link and QR card

A short link that opens your Google review form, plus a printable QR card for the front desk.

Request messages

Short email and text messages written in your voice, ready to send.

Automation where your tools allow it

Requests triggered from your booking or membership software after a visit, where it supports that, so nobody has to remember.

Front desk script

A one-line ask for staff and a short guide on when to use it, so it fits into check-out instead of feeling awkward.

Reply templates

Templates for answering reviews, including unhappy ones, that never confirm someone is a client or mention a treatment.

A good fit if

  • Gyms and studios with loyal members and a thin Google review count
  • Spas and med spas, where trust is the barrier to booking and recent reviews carry weight
  • Owners who tried asking for reviews and watched the habit fade within a week
  • New locations starting from zero reviews

Not included

  • Paid, fake or incentivized reviews. Google doesn't allow them, and they put your listing at risk.
  • Review gating, meaning sending only happy clients to Google. Google's policy rules it out, so every client gets the same request.
  • Google Business profile optimization, which is a separate package.
  • Writing and posting replies for you on an ongoing basis.

From kickoff to handover

  1. Step 1

    Map the visit

We look at how clients book, check in and pay, and find the point where a request fits naturally.

  2. Step 2

    Build

Review link, QR card, message templates and any automation set up in your tools.

  3. Step 3

    Train the front desk

A short session with your team on the ask and the reply templates.

  4. Step 4

    Hand over

You get every template, the link and a one-page guide you can give new staff.

Questions about Review system setup

Can we offer a discount for leaving a review?

No. Google doesn't allow incentives for reviews and can remove reviews or restrict a listing that breaks the rule. Asking at the right moment, with a link that takes a minute, is what gets reviews written.

Can we send only our happy clients to Google?

Google's policy bans selectively asking for positive reviews, so the request goes to everyone. If someone had a bad experience, the reply templates help you answer calmly and put it right.

Does it work with our booking software?

If your software can send a message after a visit, we use it to trigger the request. If it can't, the request runs through the front desk routine and the QR card instead.

How should a med spa reply to reviews?

Without confirming the reviewer is a client or mentioning any treatment, even when they bring it up first. The reply templates are written that way, so your team can respond quickly without sharing private details.

How fast will reviews come in?

It depends on how many clients you see each week. A request after every visit adds up over months, and buyers often pay more attention to how recent your reviews are than to the total.
