For startups getting ready to launch
A launch plan sized for a startup budget, with an owner for every step
A go-to-market plan turns your positioning into decisions: which customers first, which channels, in what order, how you'll measure it and who does each part. We size it to the budget you have, so it doesn't assume a marketing team or ad spend you can't afford yet. You can run it with us or without us.
What you get
What’s included
First customer segment
The segment to win first and the reasons it comes before the others.
Channel choices
Which channels to test, which to leave for later and why, based on how your buyers find products like yours.
Launch sequence
What happens before, during and after launch, laid out week by week.
Budget split
A spend plan sized to your runway, with small test budgets before anything scales.
Measurement
The handful of numbers that tell you whether it's working, and how to track them from the first day.
Owners
Who does each piece, whether that's your team, a freelancer or us, so nothing sits without an owner.
A good fit if
- Health-tech, wellness and fitness app startups a few months from launch
- Founders with clear positioning who need to know where to spend first
- Teams that launched quietly and want a second, deliberate push
- New supplement or wellness brands deciding which sales channel to start with
Not included
- Positioning, if it isn't settled yet. Startup positioning comes first.
- Running the campaigns. A waitlist or pilot campaign, a funnel build and ads management are separate.

Questions
Questions about Go-to-market plan
Do we need positioning done first?
If you can't yet say who the product is for and why it's different in a sentence or two, yes. The plan is built on that message, and the two packages are designed to run in that order.
Will the plan tell us to run paid ads?
Only if ads fit how your buyers find products and your budget can support a test large enough to learn from. Some startups get further first through partnerships, communities or search, and the plan recommends those routes when they fit.
What's a waitlist or pilot campaign, and do we need one?
It's a small pre-launch campaign aimed at the right early signups, so you learn what they ask and collect data you can put in front of investors. The plan covers whether one fits your launch.
Can we run the plan without you?
Yes. Every step has a named owner, and you can run it with your own team or freelancers. If you want help with one piece, we'll quote that piece.
Is the plan different for a health-tech product?
The structure is the same. Health-tech plans usually reach the buyer and the user separately, and they keep launch messaging inside the claims you can support so early campaigns don't get rejected.
