Meta, Google and TikTok
Health and fitness ads written to pass review and judged on cost per lead
Health ads get rejected for claim language, and an ad account that keeps collecting flags gets harder to run. We plan, write and manage your campaigns around the claims you can back up, send every click to a page built for that offer, and report what each lead and customer costs. Your budget goes straight to the platform from your own account.
What you get
What’s included
Tracking and landing page check
Before any money goes out, we check your pixel, conversion events and the page each ad points to, so the numbers we report later mean something.
An offer worth clicking
A specific offer for each campaign, such as an intro pass, a starter bundle or a challenge with a start date, plus the audiences we'll test it on.
Claim-safe creative
Hooks and ad copy built on the claims you can substantiate and each platform's health policies, so campaigns keep running instead of getting pulled mid-flight.
Creative testing in batches
New angles tested in small batches and retired before fatigue sets in. Budget moves toward the ads that bring in leads at a cost you can live with.
Channel mix that fits how you sell
Meta, Google and TikTok used where they make sense for you. A studio winning a fifteen-minute radius and a brand shipping nationwide need different setups.
Plain-number reporting
Cost per lead, cost per acquisition and revenue where it's tracked, with a note on what we changed and why.
Your accounts, your data
Campaigns run in ad accounts you own. If we ever stop working together, you keep the account, the history, the audiences and the billing.
A good fit if
- Supplement and DTC wellness brands, where one flagged campaign can stall growth
- Gyms and studios with an intro offer ready to put money behind
- Fitness coaches and creators whose funnel already converts and needs more traffic
- Health-tech startups whose ads keep getting rejected or pulled mid-flight
Not included
- Ad spend. Meta, Google or TikTok bill it directly to your own account.
- The landing page, lead magnet and follow-up emails. Those are a one-time funnel build.
- Clever wording for claims you can't substantiate. We won't try to sneak them past review.
- Video shoots and editing, which are priced as content production.
How it runs
From kickoff to handover
- Step 1
Access and review
You give us access to your ad accounts. We go through past campaigns, rejections, tracking and landing pages, and collect the claims you can support.
- Step 2
Offer and plan
We agree the offer, channels, audiences and the management tier that matches your spend.
- Step 3
Launch
The first batch of creative goes live, pointed at a page built for that offer.
- Step 4
Manage and report
We test, cut and scale every month, and show you the cost of each lead and customer.
Questions
Questions about Paid ads management
How is the management fee priced?
By spend level, from $599 to $1,800 a month. Your ad budget is separate and goes from your account to Meta, Google or TikTok, so you can always see what management costs on its own.
Why do our health ads keep getting rejected?
Rejections in this industry usually come from claim language the platforms flag: before and after promises, wording that implies a product treats a disease, and copy that calls out personal attributes, such as a viewer's weight or health condition. We rewrite creative around what you can substantiate and the platform's policy, which usually stops the pattern.
Which platform should we start on?
That depends on how your customers buy. Brands selling nationally usually start on Meta or TikTok, where people discover products. A local studio often gets more from its Google profile and reviews first, then adds one well-built intro-offer campaign.
How soon will we see leads?
With a proper landing page and follow-up in place, paid ads can produce leads in the first weeks. We set expectations per channel before you spend, and we judge the work on cost per lead and cost per acquisition.
Do we need a funnel before running ads?
You need four things: an offer, a landing page with one job, creative, and a follow-up for people who hesitate. If the page or the follow-up is missing, we'll recommend building it first so your budget isn't spent sending people to a homepage.
What happens to the ad account if we stop working with you?
Nothing changes on your side. The ad accounts, pixels, audiences and history belong to you from day one. We remove our access and hand over notes on what was running.
