The low-risk place to start
Find out where your marketing is leaking before you spend more on it
You're paying for ads, posting most days and sending the odd email, and you can't tell which part isn't working. We review your ads, funnel, email and search presence, then give you a prioritized roadmap of what's leaking, what to fix first and what each fix costs. The roadmap is yours to act on with us, with someone else or on your own.
What you get
What’s included
Ads review
Campaign setup, creative, targeting, past rejections, claim language likely to get flagged, and where the clicks land.
Funnel review
Landing pages, offers, forms and the path from first click to booking or purchase.
Email review
Which flows exist, which are missing, and whether the list you've built is being used.
Search review
Your Google Business profile and how your site shows up for the searches that matter to you.
Prioritized roadmap
A written list of fixes in order of impact, with what each one would cost if you wanted us to do it.
A good fit if
- Owners spending on ads without a clear idea of what a customer costs
- Studios unsure whether to fix the Google listing, the website or the ads first
- Brands with a decent email list and few repeat orders
- Anyone about to hire an agency who wants an outside view before signing
Not included
- Doing the fixes. The audit tells you what to do, and any work is quoted separately if you want it.
- A full technical SEO audit or conversion audit of your website. Those are separate, deeper reviews.
- Ongoing reporting. This is a one-time look at where things stand today.
How it runs
From kickoff to handover
- Step 1
Share access
You share view access to your ad accounts, email tool and analytics, plus links to your site and Google profile.
- Step 2
Review
We go through each channel and the hand-offs between them, where leads often get lost.
- Step 3
Roadmap
You get the prioritized roadmap: what's leaking, what to fix first and what it costs.
- Step 4
Your call
Act on it yourself, with another team or with us. There's no obligation either way.
Questions
Questions about Marketing audit
Why is it so cheap?
It's a low-risk way to see how we think before you commit to anything monthly. The roadmap is written to be useful even if you never hire us.
What access do you need?
View access is enough. We need to see your ad accounts, email tool and analytics. We don't need to change anything, and you can remove our access as soon as the audit is done.
Will the roadmap just tell us to buy more services?
It lists fixes in order of impact. Some take an afternoon and you can do them yourself. For a local studio the roadmap often recommends fewer channels, done properly.
We don't run ads yet. Is it still worth doing?
Yes. We review what you do have, usually the website, Google profile and email, and the roadmap includes whether ads make sense for you yet.
How is this different from your SEO audit or CRO audit?
This audit looks across all your marketing at once to find the biggest leak. The SEO audit and CRO audit each go deep on one part of your website.
