A brand kit built around the logo you already have

Your logo is fine. Everything around it was improvised: a different green on every post, whatever font the design app suggested, a flyer that looks like it came from another business. We build the colors, type, spacing and usage rules around your logo and hand them over as a kit anyone on your team can follow.

What’s included

Color palette

Primary and supporting colors with values for screen and print, so the green on your website matches the green on your tees.

Typography

A heading and body font pairing, with sizes and weights for social posts, web pages and printed pieces.

Logo usage rules

Clear space, minimum sizes, which version goes on light or dark backgrounds, and the common mistakes to avoid, like stretching or recoloring.

Spacing and layout guidance

Simple rules for how text, logo and photos sit together, so a class schedule post and a printed flyer feel related.

The kit and source files

A short guide written for the person making Monday's post, delivered with organized source files your team and freelancers can build on.

A good fit if

  • Gyms and studios where every staff member makes graphics a little differently
  • Coaches whose brand lives in their head and nowhere else
  • Wellness creators who want a consistent look before pitching sponsors
  • Owners about to brief a web designer or print shop who need something to hand over

Not included

  • A new logo. If yours needs replacing, start with the Quick logo or the Full brand identity
  • Positioning and brand strategy work
  • Finished assets like social templates, menus or merch, which are separate services

From kickoff to handover

  1. Step 1

    Show us what you have

Send your logo files and a sample of what you've published: posts, flyers, your website. We note what's working and what keeps drifting.

  2. Step 2

    Palette and type

We propose colors and fonts that suit the logo and the feel of your space or program, shown on examples from your business.

  3. Step 3

    Refine and write the rules

You give feedback, we refine, then we write the usage rules around the choices you approved.

  4. Step 4

    Handover

You get the kit and source files, ready to pass to anyone who designs for you.

Questions about Brand kit

What's the difference between a brand kit and a full identity?

A brand kit organizes everything around a logo you're keeping. A full identity starts earlier, with positioning, and can include a new logo and a complete visual system. If your logo still represents you, the kit is usually enough.

How long does a brand kit take?

Brand kits typically run one to two weeks. You get the deadline in writing before we start.

Can you work with a logo someone else designed?

Yes, that's the usual case. Send the best files you have. If all you can find is a screenshot or a low-resolution image, mention it in the brief so we can plan around it.

Can our front desk staff use it without a designer?

Yes. The rules are written for them. If you also want ready-made layouts to fill in, the social template pack on the branding page applies the kit to ten branded templates.

We're about to redo our website. Should the kit come first?

If you can, yes. A web designer works faster with the kit in hand, and the site comes out consistent with your social and print. We can also carry the kit straight into a website build.
