An intro offer, landing page and ads that bring in new members
Member Machine builds a paid system around one intro offer: a dedicated landing page, ad creatives, a Meta and Google campaign build, and automated follow-up so people who claim the offer hear from you while they're still interested.
What you get
What’s included
Intro offer
One offer, such as a first class or a trial week, that's easy for a newcomer to say yes to and leads into a membership.
Dedicated landing page
A page about that offer and nothing else, with one action on it.
Ad creatives
Ad images and copy built around the offer and written for people who live near you.
Meta and Google campaign build
Campaigns set up in your own ad accounts, targeted to your area, with the creatives and landing page connected.
Automated follow-up
Messages that go out as soon as someone claims the offer, so they book a first visit before they forget about it.
A good fit if
- You post join-now offers organically and the response is unpredictable
- You've run ads before and pointed them at your homepage
- Leads come in from a promotion and nobody follows up for days
- You have space in your classes and want a steadier flow of new members
Not included
- Ad spend, which Meta and Google bill to your own account
- Managing and adjusting campaigns after launch (available as ongoing ads management)
- A new website or brand (see Studio Launch)
- Answering the phone calls the ads bring in (see Front Desk AI)
How it runs
From kickoff to handover
- Step 1
Choose the offer
We agree the intro offer, who it's for and how far away people can live, based on your schedule and how many newcomers you can take.
- Step 2
Landing page
We build the offer page and connect it to your booking system or a lead form.
- Step 3
Creatives and campaigns
We design the ad creatives and build the Meta and Google campaigns inside your ad accounts.
- Step 4
Follow-up, test and launch
We set up the automated follow-up, run a test lead through the whole path, then launch and hand over.
Questions
Questions about Member Machine
Why not send ads to our homepage?
A homepage has a menu, a schedule and a dozen other things to click. Someone who tapped an ad for a trial week should land on a page about that trial week with one button to claim it. That page is also where you see how many people the ads brought in.
What makes a good intro offer?
One that feels low-risk to a newcomer and leads naturally into a membership, like a first class, a trial week or an intro pack. We look at your prices and timetable and help you pick one your team can handle when it works.
Do we pay for ads on top of the package?
Yes. Ad spend goes directly to Meta and Google from your own ad accounts, and you set the budget. You own the accounts, the data and the billing. The package price covers the offer, page, creatives, campaign build and follow-up.
Will you keep running the campaigns after launch?
If you want us to. Once the campaigns are producing leads, ongoing ads management keeps tuning the offer, creatives and spend month to month. You can also run them in-house with what we hand over.
We're a med spa. Can we advertise treatments this way?
Yes, with care. Ad platforms restrict health, body-image and before-and-after claims, so we write the offer and creatives within those rules to avoid rejected ads.
