Brand, website and online booking for a new or relaunching studio

Opening a new location, or still running the business from a Facebook page? Studio Launch builds what a new member checks before they book: a brand and logo that look like your space feels, a website with your class schedule and memberships, online booking and payments, and a Google profile set up properly from the first day.

What’s included

Brand and logo

A logo, colors and type that match the feel of your space, ready for the website and your social accounts.

Studio website

A website covering your classes or services, your location and how to get started, built to read well on a phone.

Class schedule page

Your timetable on the site, connected to your booking system so it stays current without manual updates.

Memberships page

Memberships, class packs and intro options laid out clearly, so people can compare them without calling.

Online booking and payments

Booking and payments wired into the site, so a visitor can pick a class and pay without sending a message.

Google profile setup

Your Google Business Profile created with the right categories, hours, photos and booking link from day one.

A good fit if

  • You're opening a gym, studio or spa and need everything online before the doors open
  • You've been open for years with only a Facebook page and no website
  • People book by phone or message because there's no way to book online
  • Your logo was a placeholder and no longer fits the space you've built

Not included

  • Custom booking or membership software. We connect an established platform such as Mindbody or Glofox.
  • Subscription fees for your booking platform
  • Paid ads and intro-offer campaigns (that's Member Machine)
  • An ongoing review routine and local SEO work (that's Local Domination)
  • Photography of your space

From kickoff to handover

  1. Step 1

    Kickoff

We go through your classes, memberships, prices, booking platform and opening date, and collect photos of the space.

  2. Step 2

    Brand

We design the logo and brand, and you sign it off before the website starts.

  3. Step 3

    Website and booking

We build the site, the schedule and memberships pages, and connect your booking platform and payments.

  4. Step 4

    Test booking

We book and pay for a test class from start to finish, on a phone and on a laptop, and fix anything that gets in the way.

  5. Step 5

    Google profile and launch

We set up your Google profile with the booking link, put the site live and show your team how to update classes and prices.

Questions about Studio Launch

Which booking system will you use?

Usually the one you already pay for. If you don't have one yet, we'll recommend an established class-booking platform such as Mindbody or Glofox based on how you sell: drop-ins, packs, memberships or appointments. We connect that platform to your site. This package doesn't include building booking software from scratch.

We open in six weeks. Is there enough time?

Yes. Studio Launch has a 21-day delivery time. The sooner we have your class list, prices, photos and booking platform access, the sooner we can start, so mention your opening date on the first call.

Can members buy memberships online, or only single classes?

Both. The memberships page lists each option, and checkout runs through your booking platform, so people can buy a class pack or a membership without speaking to anyone.

We already have a logo we like. Is this still the right package?

Tell us at kickoff. If your logo works, we build the site around it. If you only need a website with booking, our web design team can quote that on its own.

Who looks after the site after launch?

Your team can update classes and prices themselves after the handover. If you'd rather not deal with it, our "we run your tech" support retainer covers the site, booking and integrations each month.
