Ninety minutes to get your product decisions unstuck

Bring the question that's holding you up: what to build first, whether an idea is worth building at all, which quote to trust, or how to cut a feature list down to something you can afford. We work through it with you live for 90 minutes, then send written notes so the decisions don't depend on anyone's memory of the call.

What’s included

Prep from what you send

Send notes, a feature list, competitor apps or a quote you've received, and we read it before the session.

90 minutes with our senior team

A working session on your questions, with decisions made in the room where the information allows.

Written notes

What was decided, why, and what's still open, sent after the session.

A recommended next step

Our recommendation on what to do next: a sprint, a single document, or nothing more from us for now.

A good fit if

  • Founders with a few decisions to make before they commit to a full plan
  • Gym and studio owners weighing whether a custom app is worth it
  • Coaches and creators choosing between an existing platform and their own product
  • Anyone who wants to see how we think before booking a sprint

Not included

  • Finished documents such as a PRD, backlog or roadmap (those are separate packages)
  • A build estimate. An estimate needs a written scope first.
  • Follow-up sessions, unless you book another

Questions about Product planning workshop

What can we realistically cover in 90 minutes?

One or two decisions, worked through properly. Common ones are which features belong in version one, whether to build your own app or use an existing platform, and how to read a developer's quote. Bring a short list and we'll start with the one that blocks the others.

When should I skip the workshop and book the sprint?

If you've already decided to build and need scope, a backlog and an estimate a team can work from, book the sprint. The workshop is for decisions you need to make before that point.

Is this a sales call?

It's paid working time, so it's spent on your problem. If you don't need anything else from us, the notes will say so.

What do the written notes look like?

A short document: the decisions made, the reasoning behind each, the questions still open and the next step we'd recommend. It's written so you can forward it to a co-founder or developer who wasn't on the call.

Do I need to prepare anything?

No, but the session goes further if you send material beforehand. Even a few paragraphs on the idea and who it's for lets us skip the background and get to the decisions.
