Your own Shopify store, with subscriptions working from the first order

On Amazon you get an order. You don't get the email address, the reorder relationship or a say in the next policy change. Store Launch gives you a Shopify store you own, designed around your catalog, with subscriptions on your consumables, core email flows running from day one and analytics that show what converts.

What’s included

Shopify store designed around your catalog

Catalog structure, collection pages and product pages built around your proof, with a mobile checkout that doesn't lose buyers halfway through.

Subscriptions on your consumables

Subscribe-and-save as the default path, with delivery cadence matched to how long a bottle lasts at the labeled dose, and failed-payment recovery wired in.

Subscriber self-service

Pause, skip and change cadence one tap away in the customer portal, so someone with too much product on the shelf pauses instead of cancelling.

Core email flows from day one

The flows a new store needs before its first visitor, such as a welcome series and cart recovery. The full retention set with SMS, loyalty and winback is Retention Engine.

Analytics that show what converts

Store analytics and conversion tracking set up at launch, so you can see which products, pages and traffic sources turn into orders and subscriptions.

A good fit if

  • All your revenue runs through Amazon, and one listing suspension would stop it.
  • You sell something customers finish every month and give them no way to reorder automatically.
  • Your current site is a brochure with a buy button, and the subscribe path was bolted on later.
  • You want an email list and customer data that belong to you.

Not included

  • Brand identity or label design. If the packaging needs work first, start with Brand in a Box.
  • Amazon listing images and A+ content (Listing Overhaul).
  • SMS, a loyalty program and winback flows (Retention Engine).
  • Ad campaigns or ongoing marketing after launch.
  • Shopify plan, app subscriptions and payment processing fees, which you pay directly.

From kickoff to handover

  1. Step 1

    Catalog and subscription plan

We map your products, sizes and bundles, and set each product's subscription cadence from its dose and bottle count.

  2. Step 2

    Design

We design the home page, collection pages and product pages around your proof and product imagery. You approve the designs before the build starts.

  3. Step 3

    Build and connect

We build the store, set up subscriptions and the customer portal, and connect the core email flows and analytics.

  4. Step 4

    Test and launch

We place test orders and test subscriptions, run the pause, skip and failed-payment paths, then launch the store and hand it over.

Questions about Store Launch

Amazon is working. Why build a store now?

If you wait for a suspension, you'll be building the store with no sales coming in. Amazon brings reach. Your store is where you own the customer list, run subscriptions on your own terms and see who is churning. Keep selling on both.

How do you set the subscription cadence?

From the label. A 60-capsule bottle at two capsules a day fits a 30-day cadence. Customers who take one a day end up with a cupboard full of bottles and cancel, so we add a cadence choice at checkout and in the customer portal.

What happens when a subscriber's card fails?

Expired and replaced cards end subscriptions without any complaint reaching you. We set up payment retries and a card-update link that works on a phone, and we test that path before launch.

Will a payment processor accept a supplement store?

That decision belongs to the processor. Supplements and auto-ship billing sit in a higher-risk category for many of them, and underwriting varies by ingredient, claim wording and country. We set up checkout so the payment gateway can be swapped without rebuilding the store.

Can you use renders and copy we already have?

Yes. If you've done Brand in a Box or Listing Overhaul with us, those renders and that copy go straight into the product pages. If your assets came from elsewhere, we'll tell you what's usable before design starts.

What will the store say about health benefits?

Only what you can substantiate. Product pages use the claims and evidence you already have and stay consistent with your label and your Amazon listing. Claim review stays with your regulatory advisor.
