For health tech startups
A launch message pilots and investors understand the first time
The product makes sense to you, but pilots, providers and investors keep asking the same confused questions. Launch Foundation fixes the explanation: we set your positioning, write a message system your whole team can use, build a landing page and a demo funnel, and produce your launch assets. All of it stays inside the claims you're able to make today.
What you get
What’s included
Positioning
Who the product is for, the problem it solves for them, what they'd use instead and why yours is the better choice, written on one page you can check every pitch against.
Message system
Core messages, proof points and plain descriptions for each audience you sell to, such as users, pilot partners and investors, so your deck, site and sales calls say the same thing.
Landing page
A launch page built from the message system, written within the claims you can support today and designed around one action: booking a demo.
Demo funnel
The path from landing page to booked demo, from the request form through scheduling to confirmation, tested end to end so interested buyers don't stall between steps.
Launch assets
Assets for the announcement itself, scoped with you at kickoff around the channels you'll launch on, and written from the same approved messages.
A good fit if
- Your waitlist page has been up for months and early sign-ups have forgotten why they joined.
- Every pitch opens with five minutes of explaining what the product is.
- Pilots are about to start and you need a page that gets the right people to book a demo.
- Your co-founders describe the product in different ways, and the website adds another.
Not included
- Building the product. Prototypes and MVPs are separate engagements, scoped in an MVP Planning Sprint first.
- Clinical, medical or regulatory claims. We write with claims you've approved, and claim review stays with your clinical and legal advisors.
- Collecting health data through the landing page. It's a marketing page with a demo request form.
- A full visual identity from scratch. Logo and identity work is a Branding & Design engagement.
- Paid ad campaigns or ongoing marketing after launch.
How it runs
From kickoff to handover
- Step 1
Founder interview
We interview the founders, read your deck and product materials, and list every audience the launch has to convince.
- Step 2
Positioning and messages
We write the positioning and message system and agree them with you before any page is designed. The claims you can and can't make get settled here.
- Step 3
Landing page and demo funnel
We design and build the landing page, connect the demo request path and test it from first click to confirmed booking.
- Step 4
Launch assets and handover
We produce the launch assets from the approved messages and hand everything over, including the message system document your team keeps using after launch.
Questions
Questions about Launch Foundation
We only have a prototype. Is it too early for this?
A prototype is a good time to do it, because positioning written before pilots start shapes who signs up for them. If the product is still a growing feature list with no agreed scope, start with the MVP Planning Sprint and come back once you know what version one is.
Can you write claims about clinical outcomes?
No. We write with the claims you've already approved and can support, and we flag any wording that implies diagnosis, treatment or results you haven't validated. Clinical and regulatory review stays with your qualified advisors.
Will the landing page collect patient information?
No. The demo form asks only for what a demo request needs, such as a name, work email and organization. Anything that takes in health data belongs inside the product, behind a written boundary, and gets scoped separately.
Who is the landing page written for: users, providers or investors?
One primary audience, chosen during positioning, with the message system covering the others. A single page aimed at patients, clinicians and investors at once usually convinces none of them. If each audience needs its own page, we quote the extra pages separately.
Do we have to build the product with Zee Palm afterwards?
No. Launch Foundation stands on its own, and the positioning, copy and pages are yours. If you are planning a build, doing this first gives whoever builds it a clear statement of who version one is for.
What do you need from us?
Founder time for the opening interview and a review at each step, your deck or product materials, and the list of claims you've approved. Quick feedback is what keeps the work inside the delivery window.
